My name is Lee and I am The Harrogate Decorator.
I set up my painting and decorating business in 2018 and since then I have enjoyed growing a successful career using a skill I am good at.
I was Assistant Manager at Dulux for 15 years which has given me an invaluable foundation of knowledge and skills to succeed in the painting and decorating industry. After working alongside decorators and advising customers regularly on different types of paints and colour schemes, becoming a painter and decorator myself was an easy decision.
As an independent business, I take full responsibility to ensure that the quality and standards of my work are the highest they can be. Communication, trust and reliability are the key components of my business and I aim to not only provide as much information as possible but also to listen, advise and meet each customer's bespoke requirements.
I am still learning new skills every day, but I believe it is my work ethic and loyalty to my customers that has helped me grow my business to where it is today.
